SynaptyX securely stores and processes user and candidate data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, UK DPA and the Indian DPDPA. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is strictly limited to authorised personnel and sub-processors bound by contract.
Our Data processing activities are performed using third-party cloud and AI services that operate outside the UK/EU.

Users acknowledge that cross-border processing is essential for providing the Services.
We do not use any User or Candidate personal data for AI Training, commercialisation, or sharing such data with third parties for their independent purposes. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of delivering the Services, and is not used for unrelated analytics, profiling, or automated decision-making beyond what is necessary to fulfil the User's instructions.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Services (including software, models, trademarks, and documentation) remain the exclusive property of Synaptix Ltd. No rights are granted to the user except as expressly set out in the Terms of Use.
Users retain ownership of any content they upload, but grant SynaptyX a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the requested Service. SynaptyX acquires no ownership rights in Your Content.
SynaptyX grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the Services strictly for your internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise commercialise the Services or any outputs generated from them without SynaptyX's prior written consent.
Our Services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or suitability for any purpose. SynaptyX disclaims all liability for inaccuracies or errors in AI-generated or processed data. Users are solely responsible for independently verifying and validating all results before relying on them for any business, financial, operational, legal, hiring, or decision-making purposes. SynaptyX expressly disclaims all liability arising from reliance on any AI-generated or processed outputs.
The Services are cloud-based and may occasionally experience downtime due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. While SynaptyX strives to ensure high availability and reliability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. SynaptyX will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of scheduled maintenance where feasible. SynaptyX shall not be liable for any unavailability, downtime, loss of data, delays, or failures caused by third-party providers, internet disruptions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SynaptyX, its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
You may terminate your account at any time. SynaptyX may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, rights under these Terms immediately cease.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
